What size are the boxes

I have various sizes.
All sizes are listing in each description.
Due to high demand some sizes may differ.

What are they made of? ( Please read all descriptions)

My boxes are made from high quality strong mdf, wood and with a clean white finish.
Hand painted wooden letters.
Cushioned Top.
Please note.
Check all order parts on receipt, even if you are not assembling yet.
Seller is not responsible for any damages made at time of assembly.
THESE BOXES ARE FACTORY MANUFACTURED AND FROM TIME TO TIME THEY MAY HAVE SLIGHT MARKS, PAINT RUN OR SCRATCHES AT THE TIME OF BEING MADE.

THIS IS NOT A FAULT OR DAMAGED SO PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE ORDERING.

How do I order?

You can either purchase any box you require if its the one you want and just add the name you require in the note to seller section.
or you can request a custom order and we can work together to your specific requirements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you order you should receive it within 4 weeks, depending on the delivery process.
If you require your toy box for a certain date please check if this is possible before ordering.
I also have a Rush my order section that you will need to add on.
Please allow extra time at busy periods.

What other details do you need?

Please check all details and check spelling before ordering.
Ensure the correct address is provided.
Most importantly please provide a mobile number for contact and courier driver.
Orders need to be signed for unless you have left instructions to be left with neighbour.

Do you accept returns?

I don't accept returns but if you have a problem contact me within 24 hours with photo evidence.
Each box is checked and photographed before shipping.
If a return is required that is not damaged then buyers are responsible for return post cost.
As these are supplied from the manufacturer, seller is not responsible for any cosmetic faults or blemishes, including marks or slight scratches.
Due to the thickness of the fabric a slight gap of millimeter's may occur against a flush finish
This does not compromise the soft close hinge & is not a safety issue.
If a box is returned because the courier couldn’t deliver, you are responsible for a charge for a redeliver.
Seller is not responsible for any damage caused on assembly or while being used.

Custom and personalised orders

Regarding Christmas deliveries.
Please check all parts on receipt, even if not putting together yet.
Personalised items can not be returned or refunded unless damaged by the courier.
